Orlando, FL November 10th, 2011: Aaron M. Bosshardt was recently named the Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM) Certified Property Manager of the year for 2011. IREM Chapter 60 has over 200 members managing commercial real estate assets in Orlando, Ocala and Gainesville, FL. Mr. Bosshardt was given the prestigious award for his commitment and contributions to the profession. He was also recognized for his contributions on the national level with public policy and student and minority outreach programs.
His firm, Bosshardt Property Management, was also recently awarded its Accredited Management Organization (AMO) Designation by IREM. Bosshardt joins an elite group of 1120 firms nationally, 73 in Florida, and Gainesville’s first from to hold this designation Aaron Bosshardt also was recognized with a service award by the National Association of Property Managers at its trade show this year for his role as a founding member of their new Florida state Chapter.
In addition Jim Glass was awarded his CPM emeritus this year. This is award is given for CPM’s as recognition for longstanding service to the Institute. Jim is the only CPM in Gainesville to ever earn this distinction. Bosshardt Property Management is a family owned property and asset management firm unique to the Gainesville area that manages over 1 million square feet of commercial space, 67 homeowner/Condominium Associations
Additionally the General Manager of Bosshardt Property Management, Ashley Morrell, Recieved her CAM designation this year through the National Apartment Association. Ashley currently serves on the Board of Directors for the North Central Florida Apartment Association.
